At Lamp Rynearson, we are a collaborative team of engineers, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors dedicated to creating vibrant communities and meaningful infrastructure solutions. For more than 70 years, we have partnered with clients to improve the places we live, work, and play.
Through our Internship Program, students gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals on real projects that positively impact communities. We believe internships should provide more than just work experience, they should help students grow professionally, build confidence, and envision their future careers.
Many of our interns enjoy their experience so much that they return to join us full-time after graduation.
