About us:
We are a purpose-driven civil engineering consulting firm on a mission to grow our community of solvers—visionaries who imagine, create, and deliver a legacy for future generations. Our work isn’t just a job; it’s a pursuit of innovation, impact, and lasting value.

And here’s the cherry on top: through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), you’re not just joining a company—you’re becoming an owner. While you help build our future, you’re also investing in your own.

What you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of direct recruiting experience; A/E/C industry experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and employment law (federal, state, and local).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interviewing skills.
• Proven experience sourcing through platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
• Experience with reporting and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to recruit across a range of positions, from early career to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

What You’ll Do:
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Build strong internal relationships to influence and enhance the hiring process.
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms and creative outreach methods.
• Draft and post compelling job descriptions.
• Screen applicants through resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain and manage a database of active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.
• Provide coaching and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Stay informed on recruiting trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
• Represent the company at networking events and career fairs.
